  • Built Report Center Infra, a strategy pattern platform handling scheduling, HMAC based dedup and ACL controlled delivery, shared layer powering bulk actions and pincode tagging across products.
  • Built In Flight Cache, resolving duplicate shipment requests from vendor timeouts and client retries into a single outcome.
  • Replaced an external calling vendor with an internal NDR resolution system, owning the shipment track mapping and telephony integration that now runs NDR calling in house.
• Extended full stack ownership into Java, shipping production grade features on the new stack from day one.
• Rebuilt MongoDB aggregation pipelines for shipment heavy workloads and introduced changelog driven retry and delay queues to absorb load spikes safely.
